Because our fulfillment system is designed for speed, there is a limited window to cancel an order once it has been placed. To cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately with the subject line βURGENT: CANCELLATION [Order Number]β.
- Email Support: Send your request to help@jerseygool.com. Please include your full name and the specific items you wish to cancel.
- Phone Support: You can also reach us at 1 (307) 381-2634 during business hours to halt processing before dispatch.
3. Cancellations After Dispatch
If your order has already been picked, packed, and assigned a tracking number by our carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or USPS), we are unable to cancel it. In this instance:
- The order will proceed to your delivery address.
- Once received, you may follow our Returns Policy to send the item back for a full refund.
4. Custom & Personalized Orders
Special Note: Orders involving custom player names, numbers, or specific personalized patches enter production almost immediately. Once the customization process has begun, these orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
5. Refund of Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is successful and confirmed by our team:
- A full refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.
- As per our commitment to transparency, no cancellation fees are applied within the 12-hour window.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
